Cancellation / Modification Policy:

All confirmed reservations are non-refundable. Once reservation is made and full payment is processed, no refund will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in room preference, travel plans, cancellations or early check-outs.
Guests may, however, request modification of check-in date free of charge only once at least seven (7) days before the original check-in date. Guests who prefer on-site payment upon check-in shall inform Hotel Savano should their estimated time of arrival is beyond 6PM on their check-in date. Otherwise, Hotel Savano reserves the right to cancel unpaid reservation and release the rooms at 6PM to other guests.
Guest who fails to arrive within ten (10) hours of the check-in date and time of the Hotel will be charged the total amount of room reservation. All reservations are required to be secured
